近年来我省围绕着农业结构的战略性调整,省委省政府明确提出"在当前农业结构调整过程中要突出发展畜牧业,建成全省农业的主导产业".市委市政府高度重视我市的畜牧业发展,提出了建设畜牧业强市的宏伟目标,经过各级政府部门,特别是畜牧业工作者的努力,全市畜牧业呈现持续稳定的发展势态.特别是在现代畜牧业生产中,必将逐步实行专业化、集约化、标准化生产方式,使单位面积动物的数量多、密度大,饲料营养供应完全由人工控制,既便于管理,又能够提高经济效益,但是,也增加了某些疫病传播的机会,容易造成营养缺乏及代谢障碍等动物群疫病的发生.为此,要保障现代畜牧业的健康发展,保证畜产品质量,必须具有基本的检疫、检验、监测设备,建立一支技术过硬的防疫队伍,制定并实施一整套防疫制度,防治动物疫病的发生,确保我市畜牧业的健康发展.现就如何做好我市动物防疫工作谈几点建议. 相似文献

2003年4月初,课题组通过抽样调查和数据统计分析发现,农村教师队伍的现状不容乐观,表现在教师队伍总体使用效益不高而个体教学负担过重,教师队伍的学科结构、年龄结构很不合理,整体素质偏低,骨干教师流失倾向比较严重.这种现状是由薄弱的农村经济,较低的办学效益,过紧的教师编制,教师培训工作不到位等原因共同促成的.改变这一现状,应该以确保教师工资按时足额发放为关键,以扩大农村小学、尤其是村小办学规模为前提,以加强教师队伍的师德建设和业务培训为主线,以城乡教师交流为补充,做好体育学科的专任教师配备工作,坚持满足需求与提高质量并重的原则,抓住重点,系统规划,稳步推进. 相似文献
