通过文献资料法、访谈法、实验法、定量分析法、逻辑分析法对在竞赛规则下太极拳推手技法中“掤”的特质和原理进行了实践分析。研究认为：竞赛规则是影响竞技太极拳推手技术发展的主要因素之一，规则的演进促进了传统太极拳推手由双人体会、揣摩太极拳劲法变化的徒手练习方式逐渐发展成为具有竞技性、观赏性、高强度的现代竞技体育项目；从理论层面上看，“掤”在太极拳推手中不仅是指某个技术动作，更是一种攻防意识和反应状态；从技术层面上看，“掤”是在两点接触控制外，第三点出现变化而形成的滚动的力，形成滚动力的要素与发力的方向和路线相关，从而达到破坏对手身体平衡的作用；利用试验方法阐述“掤”劲的原理、作用及延伸性，客观地反应太极拳技法背后的科学原理，为竞技太极拳推手技法在实际运用中的合理性提供理论依据。 相似文献

摘要：为打造一个独具中华文化内涵的武术对抗项目，以太极推手的竞赛规则为主要研究对象，运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法等研究方法对太极推手的竞赛模式和竞赛规则展开了深入研究。研究发现：根据打造一个现代武术对抗类竞赛项目的实际需要，采取了“限定技术、精选技法、形成简明技术体系”的整体改革思路；经比赛试验可知，新的竞赛方法不仅消除了曾多年困扰竞技太极推手发展的顶牛、搂抱、抓衣服、像摔跤、满场跑等现象，而且使竞技太极推手比赛回归了传统，成为了众多太极拳家心目中的太极拳；采用先合手演练，再对抗竞技的比赛模式，既坚持了传统太极拳的“打练结合”，也具有浓厚的现代竞技体育气息，是一个突出的创新；在新的竞赛规则引导下，必将形成新的竞技太极推手技术体系，这正是十八大提出的“建设优秀传统文化传承体系，弘扬中华优秀传统文化”的具体实践。以武术竞赛实践弘扬中华优秀传统文化具有一定的参考价值。 相似文献

作为竞技武术徒手格斗项目,竞技太极推手以柔克刚、以巧致胜的技术特点能够反映武术的中国特色和中国风格。为更好传承武术技击技术,为其走入竞技体育、走向国际体坛打好基础,选择与竞技太极推手技术较为相似的中国式摔跤、柔道作为比较对象,运用文献资料和逻辑分析法,分析三者的技术形成历程,并从技术组成类型、上肢主导类技术、下肢主导类技术、技术组合之间相互关系四个方面进行比较,为竞技太极推手发展提供借鉴。研究认为,竞技太极推手技术内容的发展需要从以下方面着手:厘清太极拳特色技法内容,禁用非典型太极拳技术;推手形式由“搭手”后“插把”调整为“四正”“四隅”;以太极八法为依据,形成竞技太极推手指定性“引化”“发放”技术;界定组合技术,调整有效进攻范围,更为全面地展现太极推手的传统内容和中国特色。 相似文献

采用文献研究法、逻辑分析法,以太极拳实战中“听劲”作为研究对象,从运动生理学、运动学视角对“听劲”进行系统的研究,目的在于厘清“听劲”的概念、梳理总结“听劲”的规律、提出“听劲”的具体方法,以期为太极拳实战提供科学的理论依据。研究结论：①“劲”是经过系统训练而获得的具有灵活多变、整体如一、符合武术技术规律的“力”的表现形式,而“听劲”则是对“劲”的感知和控制能力, “听劲”目的在于探求对手的身体“重心”和感知其动作变化路线。②“听劲”常用的方法以“触听法”为主,“视听法”为辅。综合而论,“沾连黏随”是做好“听劲”的核心技法,“不丢不顶”是做好“听劲”的必要条件。 相似文献

以参加第10届全运会女子蹦床项目资格赛和决赛运动员为研究对象,对运动员比赛中的成绩与技术及执行新规则情况进行分析研究。结果表明：我国优秀运动员第Ι、Ⅱ套动作编排基本符合新规则的要求;决赛成绩好于资格赛,成绩的提高主要反映在动作质量方面,“技术储备”好于“难度储备”;进一步强化动作技术质量,发展、提高动作的难度,是我国优秀运动员备战2008年北京奥运会重点解决的问题。 相似文献

太极推手伴随着太极拳的传承与演变而不断发展,在《太极拳论》与各代太极大师的逸事中,对太极推手技法的描述多处于一种理想状态。通过对太极推手的实践分析,尤其是对竞技太极推手中最后发放的典例技术动作的三维录像解析,认为太极推手实践中的技法与其理论差距较大,竞技太极推手经过数十年的发展,仍形似变异的站立式摔跤,很难用拳论中描述的那些精彩技法来吸引观众;太极推手不适宜作为一种纯技击性的竞技运动走上擂台。 相似文献

散打规则和裁判法在2011年进行了较大的修改,从而使得散打技法的运用呈现新的特点.运用文献资料、录像观察和逻辑分析等研究方法,对新旧规则下我国男子散打运动员的技法运用情况进行对比分析.研究表明:在新规则和裁判法下,男子散打在技术运用上,拳腿的运用比例明显提高,踢打摔的技法结构更趋平衡;摔法不仅使用率明显下降,得分率也有所降低,逐步改观“唯摔获胜”的局面.散打技术的发展趋势是:踢打摔更加均衡;技术更为规范,注重细节和功力;技法向组合运用发展,运动员应在全面发展的基础上,突出特长,向攻防平衡型发展. 相似文献

运用录像观察、专家访谈和逻辑分析等研究方法,对新规则下我国男子散打运动员的技法运用特点进行分析。研究表明:相对于2010锦标赛,2011年的散打比赛更为激烈;拳法、腿法的运用率明显提高,尤其以拳法的运用率的提高最为明显,但成功率基本接近;摔法的运用率明显下降,但成功率没有明显区别;运动员对散打的技法运用相对成熟完善;规则对提高比赛的激烈程度,平衡散打技法的运用结构等方面有积极作用。 相似文献

太极拳推手是太极拳套路中的实战应用部分.是一项很有前途的武术,对抗性竞赛项目。本文用三维高速摄影和三维测力台同步测量的先进方法,对我国著名太极拳推手大师冯志强,王举兴等进行了测定,对传统的“引进落空四两拨千斤”的太极拳理论用现代生物力学方法进行科学的定量分析.通过研究发现,手的太极球运动具有阻尼式滚轮效应,可将对手“引进落空”.还可提高本身的稳定性2至3倍.本研究填补了太极拳生物力学定量研究领域的空白,为挖掘整理太极拳推手充实了理论依据。 相似文献
