通过对广东省高校近千名不同专项运动员进行运动损伤调查研究,结果表明：高校运动员运动损伤发病率为19.7%,受伤者人均受伤1.47次/人;高校运动员最易出现的运动损伤是肌肉拉伤、扭伤或挫伤和肌腱韧带损伤,较严重的运动创伤是骨折或骨裂伤损伤部位主要集中在踝关节、膝关节和大腿部位;受伤比率最高的运动项目是篮球、足球和武术;运动损伤以急性损伤为主,且在训练中所受运动创伤以轻伤和中度创伤为主,受伤后运动员适当休息或调整训练计划后大多会快速痊愈。 相似文献

本文对国内21所高等院校的405名篮球运动员进行了运动创伤的流行病学调查。结果显示:高校篮球运动员的损伤率达72.52％;52.22％的运动员在比赛中受伤;28.67％的运动员在专项训练中受伤;急性损伤多于慢性损伤,损伤率为59.70％;常见的运动创伤依次为膝关节损伤(损伤率为29.35％),踝关节损伤(损伤率为17.75％),腰部损伤(损伤率为15.36％);其损伤原因主要是准备活动不够(占18.43％)和局部负荷过大(占15.02％)。 相似文献

运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法以及数理统计法等研究方法,对我国高水平跆拳道运动员运动损伤情况进行了研究,初步探讨了损伤发生原因、预防及恢复的有效途径。研究表明,高水平跆拳道运动员的运动损伤发生率极高,损伤部位以踝关节、膝关节、手、腰等部位最为常见;损伤原因多为负荷过重、自我保护不当、准备运动不足、教练员对运动员状态判断能力和伤病防范意识不强等。 相似文献

对黑龙江省三个男子冰球队运动员的前五种运动损伤进行了调查、分析和研究,发现在127名运动员中,前五位的损伤是腰背肌肉筋膜炎、急性膝关节创伤性滑膜炎、膝关节半月板损伤、踝关节韧带损伤和髌骨损伤,创伤人数为102名,占(80.32%).受伤原因中占第一位的是违反规则、其次是转弯压步滑行、急停、冲撞和倒退滑行,占(95.36%).损伤多发生在比赛期间;强掉运动员执行规则,提高防伤意识,发挥队医在防伤、治伤、急救及参与改进训练方法中的作用十分必要. 相似文献

通过对我国九运会女子手球前 8名队 12 1名运动员创伤特点的分析 ,旨在寻找预防或减少创伤的措施。采用问卷调查及访谈形式获取资料并进行常规数理统计和分析。结果表明 ,女子手球运动员创伤发生率为 6 1.16 % ;创伤分布以下肢 (5 7.39% )居多 ,上肢 (2 6 .0 9% )次之 ;创伤类型以肌肉拉伤 (39.13% )和韧带损伤 (33.91% )最多见 ;专项训练中创伤最多 (6 9.5 7% ) ;训练年限越长 ,创伤发生率越高。认为 ,应科学安排训练计划 ,加强身体薄弱部位的专门练习 ,重视各种护具和支持带的使用 ,做好训练前、后的热身和整理活动 ,加强医务监督 ,以减少创伤的发生 ,减轻创伤程度。 相似文献

采用文献资料和调查访问法，对参加广西梧州冬训的七支女子足球队的145名运动员进行了踝关节损伤的调查与分析，结果显示：我国成年女足运动员的踝关节损伤率为33%。在踝关节损伤中，踝关节事韧带的损伤率为60.6%，且多发生在训练年限1～5年的运动员。损伤的原因主要是训练水平不足、局部负荷过重、技术动作不合理等。针对踝关节损伤的原因机理，提出康复和预防措施以供参考。 相似文献

通过对西安体育学院 2 0名跆拳道集训运动员的心电图、血压、肺活量和最大摄氧量等指标的测定 ,研究了跆拳道运动员心肺机能的现状 ,并与文献报道进行对比评价 ,结果表明西安体院跆拳道运动员 :1)在安静状态下 ,ECG的异常率为 10 %。 2 )最大摄氧量 (VO2 max)明显底于文献报道的国家级优秀跆拳道运动员。3)男子 5 4kg、6 4kg级别和女子 47kg、5 5 kg级别的最大摄氧量高于其他级别。提示 :西安体育学院跆拳道运动员还需加强心功能的训练 ,进一步提高最大摄氧量利用率 ,同时应注意医务监督。 相似文献

There are three major parts-introduction,analysis which is the main body of the thesis,and conclusion.Jane Eyre,the heroine,is a new woman image who requires independence equality and freedom.The thesis just analyzes Janes these rebellious characters through four peroods of her experiences.First,in her childhood,she has shown her rebellious spirit.As an orphan,Jane suffers a lot of misery.Not only her aunt treats her cruelly,her cousins despise her,but also do servants have a prejudice against her.In Janes immature heart, she is unwilling to bear ill treatment.She rebels them bravely.Second,when she studies at Lowood,her rebellious spirit is exposed furtherly.Her view doest stay in Mrs Reeds,instead turns to the whole society.She makes hypocrisy of so-called charity to be discovered completely.At the same time,she declares her independent,equal rebellious thought to her friend-Helldn who endures oppression willingly.Third,she,as a governess in Thornfield Hall falls in love with Rochester-her master.During this period,her thought grows into maturity.Thought she loves him passionately,she never loses her dignity and independence for him.When she knows his mad wife still lives,she makes up her mind to leave him.For she doesnt want to become his mistress.Fourth,her refusal of St Johns proposal of marriage depicts Janes character.She knows John does not love her at all and his purpose of marriage is only to perform his great task missionary.Jane does want to become a sacrifice.She breaks traditional morality,then she goes back to Rochester. 相似文献
