通过对武术运动员股四头肌和股后肌群进行电刺激,观察电刺激对运动员的反应速度、肌肉力量、肌肉耐力、柔韧性和灵敏性五大素质的影响情况,结果表明,同时电刺激股四头肌和股后肌群对武术运动员综合素质影响最大,可以对武术运动员进行素质训练。 相似文献

摘要：为研究优秀女子短跑运动员的专项力量训练，对我国2名优秀女子短跑运动员备战全运会期间的训练进行跟踪，并运用文献资料法分析出短跑运动员下肢专项力量的特征。在女子短跑运动员备战期间，根据短跑运动员下肢专项力量的特征、肌肉收缩的固定情况以及肌肉的收缩形式选择并设计女子短跑运动员的下肢专项力量训练手段。研究表明，实验前后女子运动员髋、膝、踝三关节屈伸肌群肌力都得到较大幅度提高以及专项素质在一定程度上获得发展，表明在备战期间所选择的下肢专项力量训练手段具有较好的训练效果，能对女子短跑运动员的专项技术和运动成绩产生积极的作用。 相似文献
