为了探究浙江省乒乓球竞技水平落后的原因,为浙江省体育局和乒乓球项目管理中心制定相关政策时提供准确的数据与理论支持,运用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、实地考察法对浙江省青少年竞技水平、竞赛组织以及教练员队伍的现状进行了分析.结果显示:(1)浙江省青少年乒乓球运动员在国际比赛和全国比赛中参赛、获奖次数较少,青少年乒乓球运动员竞技水平的现状极不乐观.(2)浙江省组织竞赛方面,男运动员参与度高于女运动员.(3)浙江省各市之间组织竞赛的次数、运动员的参与度存在极大差异,大部分城市组织次数不多,参赛人数极少.(4)浙江省乒乓球教练员人才梯队建设不合理,地域分布不均衡.(5)浙江省乒乓球教练员学历较低,职称较低,优秀教练员缺乏. 相似文献

采用文献资料法等对我国近十年乒乓球运动的研究成果进行分析,旨在为我国乒乓球运动的可持续发展提供理论依据。主要结论:我国专家研究多集中于技术打法类型、身体素质、技战术训练等方面,对心理技能训练、科学选材、教练员和裁判员研究方面还相对缺乏;对国家优秀的运动员研究成果较多,针对青少年运动员的基层科研成果较少;对我国现有培养模式的研究多集中在表面,而更深层次的研究匮乏;针对于残疾乒乓球运动员和"海外兵团"的研究也比较罕见。建议:在进行竞技体育研究的同时,加强乒乓球运动在全民健身中的作用研究,同时对促进我国乒乓球运动可持续发展相对比较薄弱的环节进行有针对性的研究。 相似文献

摘要：采用文献资料、比较分析等方法,对美国NCACE教练员职业认证标准的框架结构、内容体系及特点进行了深层透析,旨在为我国教练员职业标准的制定提供理论参考。研究认为,NCACE教练员职业认证标准的制定适应了美国青少年运动参与人数持续增加的现实需求,标准体系包括领域、标准和基准3个层次;领域及标准维度的划分清晰明确、内容陈述全面;标准受众范围广泛,教练员、教育机构、认证机构和用人单位等都是其利益相关者;能够根据教练员的能力和水平进行合理的认证级别划分;标准指标体系的内容表述详细,具有很强的操作性。鉴于美国教练员职业认证理论和实践的丰富经验,结合我国教练员职业标准的研究和制定,提出了诸如加快我国教练员职业标准的研制,树立教练员专业发展理念,拓宽教练员职业标准的指标维度,以及建立合理的教练员分级认证制度等建议。 相似文献

通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法,对我国普通高等院校高水平乒乓球运动队教练员队伍的现状进行了深入调查和系统分析,并针对发现问题提出建议.研究结果表明:高等院校高水平乒乓球运动队教练员整体年龄结构、职称结构比较合理,但高学历比例严重偏低;有着丰富的教学实践经验,但缺乏大赛临场指挥经验.教练员还缺乏业务培训,培训班存在培训时间短、内容针对性不强、形式单一、不注重能力培养等问题.教练员具有较强的业务能力,提高教练员学历结构及大赛临场指挥经验,培养出智力型与经验型相结合的高水平乒乓球教练员是当务之急. 相似文献

采用献调研、数据统计分析法，对2002年我国田径运动员和教练员注册的情况进行收集并从运动员的年龄结构、项目分布、队伍情况、技术等级情况和教练员的学历情况、年龄情况等方面进行分析。结果表明：我国目前田径运动员的队伍结构呈金字塔式，基层运动员人数过多，而高水平的人数比例太小；加年在册的一线教练员总体状况是比较合理的，但就是年轻的、低级职称的教练员所占比例过小，这对以后的发展是很不利的。 相似文献
