一、选题依据近年来,我国排球技术水平有较大提高。排球健儿为实现“冲出亚洲、走向世界”,攀登世界体育高峰的伟大目标,正刻苦进行训练。值得注意的是,当前排球创伤的发病率仍然比较高。我们统计了1981年2—3月在漳州冬训的202名女排球运动员的运动创伤情况,膝部创伤发病率为64.36%,肩部创伤率为47.52%,腰部创伤发病率为37.62%。可见不少运动员是长期带伤进行训练的。因此,怎样减少运动创伤的发生率和有效地防治运动创伤,是运动医学急待解决的课题之一。排球运动员肩部冈下肌萎缩症的发病率并不少见。我们调查了394名男女排球运动员、教练员和体院排球专业学生,发现冈下萎缩症者33人,发病率为8.38%。 相似文献

以我国U16女子排球运动员为研究对象,采用文献资料、调查、访谈和测试等研究方法,对我国U16女子排球运动员的运动素质结构及评价标准进行研究。结果表明:我国U16女子排球运动员运动素质主要是由移动因子、挥臂因子、灵敏协调因子、柔韧因子和弹跳因子构成。在此基础上构建了U16女子排球运动员运动素质结构模型,并制定了运动素质发展水平评价指标的评分标准,为我国青少年女子排球运动员的身体素质训练及考核评价提供参考依据。 相似文献
