在现代篮球运动中，单纯的进攻和防守已经成为过去，向球进攻的战略思路已逐步被人们所接受，打破了进攻和防守的界限。使防守中增加了进攻的成分，同时迫使进攻中又含有防守的内容，防守的职责和内容也在不断地增加，对有球队员的逼近防守是为达到控制和制约有球队员的活动而采取的一种个人防守战术行动，采用近距离甚至贴身的防守。以抢夺球权，控制其活动，削弱其动作质量，切断其与同伴联系为目的的一种策略行动. 相似文献

运用文献资料、数据统计法等方法，对中国男子篮球队在14届世界男子锦标赛中进攻和防守技术进行了统计和分析，结果表明：球队5个位置的队员实力不均，进攻和防守等技术环节暴露的问题较多，进攻失误多，防守犯规多，后卫的能力不足，个人技术的粗糙是导致整体攻守不均衡和制约中国男子篮球水平上升的关键因素。 相似文献

为了提高篮球进攻的训练水平，以文献资料法和比较法，从快攻、外围个人进攻、内线进攻、进攻篮板球和强攻等多角度对进攻能力进行探讨，结果表明：快攻能力是当今篮球比赛进攻能力的重要体现：外围个人进攻能力和内线中锋进攻能力是集体进攻配合中不可缺少的因素；进攻篮板球的获得可以增加进攻次数，提高投篮命中率和增强投篮信心；在严密防守下的强攻能力影响比赛胜负，并与比赛精彩程度密切相关。 相似文献
