依据第41~43届体操世锦赛及伦敦奥运会体操比赛实况录像,以及新颁布的《国际女子竞技体操评分规则》(2013~2016),采用文献资料法、录像观察与统计等方法,系统分析了当今世界女子跳马技术的竞争特征及发展新动向.发现:减少"踺子后手翻"与"前手翻"的组合,使用"踺子类"与"踺子转1800类"的搭配,并增加"前手翻类与冢原类"的结合,是伦敦奥运周期女子跳马技术竞争发展所选择的主要倾向特征;未来大赛跳马两跳动作的组合类型将增加,以"踺子类"与"侧手翻类(冢原)"的组合将被使用;而掌握具有6.4分以上"不同组且有不同第二腾空阶段"的两个高难度价值动作,还将是新奥运周期众多优秀女选手亟待发展的内容. 相似文献

依据第35～37届体操世锦赛和第28届奥运会体操比赛实况录像,采用统计比较法、文献资料法和分析归纳法,系统分析当今世界女子平衡木成套动作编排的特征及发展趋向:采用低难度动作为上法,使用高难度的单个体操、技巧动作及“三个以上动作”构成的技巧(或体操与技巧的混合)“多连接串”,再结合“二连接”的“体／技(或相反)”和“体操(或技巧)”,并运用D组以上难度的“单空翻”或“三连接”的“空翻下”为下法,是当今世界女子平衡木优秀选手成套动作结构编排的主要特征。而选用腾空的“D D”以上高难度“技巧二连接”、发展C组难度以上“同一空翻”的“三连接”和开拓“单臂前手翻”系列动作的新连接等,将是新奥运周期女子平衡木技术发展的新动向。 相似文献
