课题组采用献资料，录像观察，跟踪对比，调查研究，技术分析等方法，对速度滑冰直道滑跑技术的教学特点、教学环节、教学步骤、教学手段等进行了探索和研究，结果显示：直道滑行的蹬冰是速度滑冰技术的关键，抓住了直道滑行的蹬冰技术，可以达到以点带面的作用，有利于促进其它技术的形成，因此，直道滑行蹬冰技术应是速度滑冰的教学重点。 相似文献
