近年来,国内外研究显示脉冲电磁场(PEMFS)可安全、有效防治废用性骨质疏松。通过文献资料查阅法,归纳了废用性骨质疏松的分类、综述了脉冲电磁场对废用性骨质疏松的防治作用、意在探讨脉冲电磁场(PEMFS)对废用性骨质疏松的作用机制。结果认为脉冲电磁场(PEMFS)可能通过作用于破骨细胞、成骨细胞、软骨内成骨、骨局部调节因子、基因表达及骨代谢达到防治废用性骨质疏松的目的。 相似文献

采用文献资料法，论述了Ⅰ型原发性骨质疏松的骨组织形态计量学参数、血清生化参数及一般生理激素等病理参数变化和其可能机制，提出运动可能会引起Ⅰ型OP的CGRP及ADM含量增加，从而作为机体对抗骨量丢失的机制之一。同时总结当前运动治疗Ⅰ型骨质疏松机制的研究现状，就研究Ⅰ型原发性骨质疏松中存在的问题、研究方法进行了探讨。建议今后的研究应转向运动结合药物治疗研究或有关机制的深入研究。 相似文献

脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)是神经营养因子(NTF)家族的一员。BDNF主要在中枢神经系统内表达,主要分布在海马、杏仁核和皮质,在外周系统心脏、脂肪和骨骼肌也有表达。酪氨酸激酶受体B(tyrosine kinase receptor B,Trk B)是BDNF的特异性高亲和力受体,BDNF可通过与Trk B结合,激发各种信号传导通路而发挥其特殊的生物学功能。脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)及其受体酪氨酸激酶受体B(Trk B)基因突变或功能缺失均会导致机体能量代谢失衡。BDNF可通过调节神经元的生存、生长并维持其功能在学习和记忆中发挥着重要的作用,BDNF可通过中枢和/或外周的机制调节机体的能量代谢。BDNF是运动预防和治疗人体代谢紊乱的重要因子。运动可以改变中枢神经系统、外周组织细胞内,以及血液BDNF水平。 相似文献

自从1957年以来,发现一条以IGFs为中心的调节轴,这条轴和其他轴一样也具有重要的生理功能,在分子水平调节着细胞的生长、分化和凋亡,也影响着组织的分化、生长和肿瘤的发生。这条轴包括2条肽类生长因子—IGF-Ⅰ、IGF-Ⅱ和他们在细胞膜表面的受体—IGF-ⅠR、IGF-ⅡR,6个溶解性的胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白以及能分解这些蛋白的酶类。IGFBP5作为IGF轴的重要成员,具有储存IGFs,延长循环中IGFs半衰期和稳定IGFs血清浓度以及调节IGFs功能的作用,并且IGFBP5能够独立发挥作用而不依赖于IGFs。IGFBP5基因的启动受到多个因子的调节。IGFBP5分为N端、C端和中央区域,中央区域是IGFBPs翻译后修饰的主要部分,是IGFBP5特殊功能的基础。IGFBP5在骨内、乳腺内、前列腺内及其他组织细胞内都发挥着重要的调节功能,有待人们进一步研究。 相似文献

运用文献资料等方法,对运动与骨组织TGF-β/Smads的关系进行探析。结果表明：转化生长因子-β是骨组织中含量最丰富的细胞调节因子之一,是一族具有多种功能的蛋白多肽,Smads是TGF-β特异的细胞内信号转导分子,可介导TGF-β与靶基因间的信息传递过程。TGF-β/Smads信号转导通路具有促进成骨细胞增殖与分化、刺激骨形成的作用。通过运动提高其含量,会影响骨代谢的进程,这将在防治骨质疏松及解决骨健康相关问题中发挥重要的作用。 相似文献

C型尼曼氏病(Niemann-Picktype C，NPC)是一种致命的神经退行性失调疾病，常见于儿童早期发作。其特征是患者细胞中胆固醇和鞘糖脂等脂类沉积在晚期胞内体／溶酶体中。NPC症状是由NPCI或NPC2的功能缺陷引起的。NPCI是一个跨膜蛋白，目前认为它参与内吞后的底物向高尔基复合体或胞内其它位点运输，在脂类物质循环和平衡控制机制中起重要作用。NPC2是一个可溶性溶酶体蛋白，可结合胆固醇。目前尚不清楚NPCI和NPC2如何调控溶酶体等细胞器的确切功能。 相似文献

摘要：证据强烈支持体力活动对骨强度有积极的因果效应，并指出儿童进行体力活动对预防骨质疏松有长远益处。年轻时的健康骨骼可能对预防成年后由于骨量丢失而发生骨质疏松有重要作用。家庭、学校（特别是体育课）和社区是进行骨骼健康促进体力活动的重要场所。然而，有关健康促进和体育课对骨骼健康的话题很少，因此最佳的实践方法还不清楚。基于文献资料的了解,我们提出了应该被解决的健康促进和体育课研究的10大问题，从而促进儿童青少年的体力活动。 相似文献

目的:通过研究对胸腺细胞发育具有正性调节的作用的转录因子TCF-1和负性调节作用的Nur77在6周递增负荷运动的应答性特征,探讨长期运动影响胸腺细胞发育的调节机制。方法:128只SD大鼠随机分为运动组和对照组,运动组进行递增负荷跑台训练6周,每周6次,每天30 min。分别于第02、、46、周末利用IHC、WB及FQ-RT-PCR技术测定安静状态、运动后即刻和运动后3 h胸腺TCF-1、Nur77及其mR-NA表达水平。结果:TCF-1和Nur77呈现几乎相反的应答性变化:1)TCF-1:对负荷初次应答时运动前后没有明显变化;第2周末和第四周末运动后明显降低,恢复3 h升高,呈"V"型应答曲线;第6周末,则在运动后持续下降。其mRNA应答趋势与其蛋白表达相一致。2)Nur77:第0、2、4周末呈现倒"V"型变化,第6周则持续上升。其mRNA应答趋势与其蛋白表达相一致。结论:随着递增负荷运动的进程,TCF-1及其mR-NA总体水平越来越低,且越来越难以恢复,表明对胸腺细胞发育的正性调节作用越来越弱;Nur77及其mR-NA总体水平越来越高,恢复也越来越难,表明对胸腺细胞的负性调节作用越来越强。这应该是胸腺细胞受长期递增负荷运动影响,胸腺细胞发育受阻且功能逐步下降的重要调节机理之一。 相似文献
