中日竞走运动员高原训练期间递增负荷运动实验和运动能力的研究 总被引：3，自引：0，他引：3
对中方１０名竞走运动员（世居海拔２２６０ｍ）和日方１０名竞走运动员（居住平原，１０ｍ）在青海多巴高原的训练基地（海拔２３６６ｍ）和平原（海拔１０ｍ）训练期间进行了４ｍｉｎ递增负荷实验的血乳酸，心率的测试。结果表明：高原训练初期与后期相比，中日双方运动员的无氧阈速度ＡＴＶ分别由３．ｏｆ士０．４２ｍ／ｓ、２．７８±０．５２ｍ／ｓ升至３．２２±０．２５ｍ／ｓ、３．３０±０．３４ｍ／ｓ，血乳酸一速度曲线右移程度较大。中日运动员高原训练后期和初期的同级负荷运动心率相比均有所降低。同时从ＡＴＶ与比赛平均速度的相关系数看（男子运动员ｒ=０．８５，Ｐ＜０．０１；女子运动员ｒ=０．６５，Ｐ＜０．０５）它们之间存在较高度的相关。 相似文献

调查了辽宁省柔道队运动员（男９，人，女１１人）的膳食及血脂水平，从摄取的食品组成中发现动物性食品比重较大，热能与营养素的摄取基本满足需要，所摄入的氨基酸模式符合理想模式。但存在胆固醇摄入量过高（男队员为１０４５．６±４８１．７ｍｇ，女队员为８９８．６±４８６．０ｍｇ），脂肪酸中饱和脂肪酸比重大，Ｐ／Ｓ比男女队分别是０．６６±０．１８和０．９２±０．１９等现象。 相似文献

本文观察了１０只大鼠安静时、力竭运动后即刻、力竭运动后２４小时耳廓微循环的动态变化。观察结果表明：力竭运动后即刻大鼠微循环发生明显障碍（Ｐ＜０．０１）。休息２４小时后微循环障碍得以明显改善（Ｐ＜０．０１及Ｐ＜０．０２）．但是，与安静时比较，血管形态积分值和总积分值仍有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０２），而流态积分值和管周状态积分值已无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。 相似文献

初步研究３０ｓＷｉｎｇａｔｅ测试的做功与体成分、能量代谢的相关，以及运动后血乳酸恢复特点与个体无氧阈（ＩＡＴ）的关系。结果显示：３０ｓＷｉｎｇａｔｅ运动测试中最高功率（ＰＰ）与去脂体重、１０ｓ测试平均功率有显著相关，相关系数（ｒ）分别为０．９６２（Ｐ＜０．０１）和０．８６６（Ｐ＜０．０２）；３０ｓ运动后３０ｍｉｎ内各时段的血乳酸恢复百分数与ＩＡＴ值相关显著（０．８０≤ｒ≤０．９５１，Ｐ＜０．０５），分别建立了用去脂体重推导ＰＰ值和用第１５ｍｉｎ血乳酸恢复百分数推导ＩＡＴ值的回归方程。经过与国内外有关研究结果的比较、分析认为，通过体成份、３０ｓＷｉｎｇａｔｅ测试及运动后第１５ｍｉｎ血乳酸恢复百分数的连续测定，有可能实现有氧、无氧两种代谢能力的一次性测试和评定。 相似文献
