在研究山银花活性物质基础的过程中,通过正相硅胶柱色谱法,ODS-C18反相柱色谱法及葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱色谱法及制备液相色谱等多种色谱方法,从红腺忍冬基源山银花的乙酸乙酯萃取部位分离得到6个化合物。分离得到的化合物通过理化方法及质谱、核磁共振等现代波谱技术分别鉴定为：豆甾醇（1）,反式阿魏酸（2）,3,3＇-二甲氧基鞣花酸（3）,灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙（4）,马钱子苷（5）,山柰酚（6）。其中化合物1-3为首次在该属植物中发现。化合物1为植物甾醇,化合物2为苯丙素类,化合物3为简单鞣质类成分;化合物4为三萜皂苷类,化合物5为环烯醚萜苷类化合物,化合物6为黄酮类成分。化合物中的4、5、6为该属植物的特征成分。这些化学成分基本反映了该植物的活性物质基础。 相似文献

目的：观察人参皂甙Rg1和Rb1对运动性疲劳大鼠中枢神经递质5-羟色胺（5-HT）、7氨基丁酸（GABA）、多巴胺（DA）和乙酰胆碱（Ach）含量的影响,探讨人参皂甙Rg1和Rb1对中枢神经系统的保护机制。方法：40只雄性SD大鼠随机均分为人参皂甙Rgm组（50mg／kg）、Rbl组（50mg／kg）、模型组（0．1ml／kgN．S．）和空白组（0．1ml／kgN．S．）,给药组和模型组大鼠在灌胃1h后进行中等运动强度的水平跑台运动,速度为15m／min,坡度0°,跑台20min,间歇40min,在跑台20min,每天1次,连续14天。末次运动后即刻处死大鼠,迅速取下丘脑,色谱法测5-HT、GABA、DA和Ach含量。结果：人参皂甙Rg1和Rb1均能有效降低下丘脑5-Hr和GABA的含量,提高DA和Ach的含量。和人参皂甙Rg1比较,人参皂甙Rb1在降低5-HT和GAGB含量、提高DA含量方面效果更优,但在提高Ach含量方面效果相对较差。结论：人参皂甙Rg1和Rb1均能改善运动性疲劳状态下中枢神经递质紊乱的情况,从而对中枢神经系统产生保护作用,达到抗中枢疲劳的效应,但人参皂甙Rb1的效果相对更优。 相似文献

对烟台近岸的绿藻刺松藻来源的一株内生真菌长枝木霉的次生代谢产物进行了探索.通过硅胶柱层析、葡聚糖凝胶Sephadex LH-20柱层析、制备薄层层析和高效液相色谱等色谱分离手段,以及超导核磁共振等波谱鉴定技术,从该菌的马铃薯-葡萄糖和菊芋-葡萄糖液体培养基发酵产物中继续分离并鉴定了5个化合物,包括5α,8α-环氧麦角甾-6,22-二烯-3β-醇(1);麦角-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β-三醇(2);β-谷甾醇(3);5-羟基-3-甲基戊-2-烯酸(4)和角鲨烯(5).化合物4和5均为首次从木霉中分离得到.抑菌活性测试结果表明化合物1~5对细菌和真菌无明显抑制作用. 相似文献

人教版普通高中生物课程标准实验教材选修1专题5中关于蛋白质的分离设计了用凝胶色谱法分离血红蛋白的实验。笔者认为在一般的中学实施这个实验还存在很多的困难,柱层析这种方法造价比较高,在添装柱时要求较高,而且实验需要至少两到三天,我们在组织中学教师实验技能培训中重新设计了该实验。根据蛋白质的各种特性,分离蛋白质的方法有盐析、有机溶剂提取、层析、结晶、电泳、超速离心、超滤等。既然该实验的目的是使学生能够体验从复杂体系中提取生物大分子的基本过程和方法,我们选用盐析的方法进行实验,成本及其难度大大降低,实验时间也缩短到半天,而我们也得到了理想的实验效果。 相似文献
